In the Grand Palace, Bangkok, a mysterious edict near the entryway. Whatever could they mean?

P.s. We saw perfectly marked ATM’s everywhere. Is this the rogue machine that calls a spade a spade? Is this the ‘rage against the machine’ machine?

   Borrow. Reminds me of a certain manmohan singh who said never a borrower or a lender be, and another manmohan singh who said abort operations if need be. Rage against the machine. I am never working with the call flow again. BPO jobs and parental pressure to work when you have better things to do.
